Introduction to Change

Change is a very strategic experience for any individual or organization to focus on. The way you handle change determines your adaptability and response to environment. Below there are are various phases of organizational change:

Strategic Change

Strategic change is change that is planned for to help an organization position better, improve or transform. Leaders must intentionally prepare their organization for strategic changes aligned to the organization future aspirations. Unplanned Change

This is change that the leaders have no control and which is inherent. However leaders should also be able anticipate such change through risk management approaches and keen scanning of the market environment. The following stakeholders must be involved:
